Work Environment
Basco is a great place to work. We are a "Yes" company. We pledge to create an

Office Work Environment
Office employees find that while performing the essential functions of their jobs:

  • the noise level in the work environment is usually low/moderate, and
  • the temperature in the work environment is temperate.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their positions.

Shop Work Environment
Shop employees find that while performing the essential function of their jobs:

  • they are regularly exposed to noise, heat and abrasions as they are working near moving mechanical parts,
  • the noise level in the work environment is usually below 90 decibels, and
  • the temperature in the work environment can reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Employees may work at different workstations as production needs require, or shift from one station to another during the assembly process.
